TTC help!!

So I had peak on 25/12 ovulation - BD 25&26. Then mild cramps 3&4/1 then this on 5/1 evening just once when I wiped have had mild cramps feeling in lower tummy and sore breasts nausea too 🤷‍♀️

So confused could it be implantation

Have had BFN so far but could it be too early ??
