My wife cheated on me

I have evidence that my wife cheated on me with his ex when I was out of the country for a six months training. I really loved her but now don't know what to do. We have two beautiful daughters. I had never suspected her, until the guy called when I was home. I then had to investigate and found out everything. What should I do? I am going back again for six months but I don't know if we need to talk about it or not. I sometimes feel like I should meet that bad guy and tell him that I will kill him if he again touches my wife.
