Has anyone went through this?

Hello every one! I hope everyone is having an amazing day! I’m kinda going through a little worrisome. I have been super sick where I could not get out of bed. Lasted about 2 weeks but I’m fine now just a little congestion. And last Wednesday I have been spotting. TMI started off brown and going into pinkish with a little string of blood and no period till this day. It has been a full week like this. And it’s only when I wipe it has not ever been enough to transfer to my panties. I did take a test but came up as negative. I didn’t think high hopes bc I am still currently spotting.

Has anyone gone through this? Or an I just an off ball 😂
