Pregnant????

I had sex 5 months ago, haven't had it since...we used a condom, however he never fully ejaculated, but before we had sex be just rubbed the area with it without a condomn and then he put it in for literally like 3 seconds and took it out. I know there's a chance of pregnancy with pre-ejactulation. I've had regular periods and I've had 10 negative pregnant test and one negative blood test. But lately I've been I've been feeling these weird sharp pains in my stomach and these popping feelings in my lower stomach and it feels like something moving in me. I'm scared, am i pregnant??
