Were all of your pregnancies different or same?

Question

I’ve had one girl and one boy (boy had anencephaly). I was horribly sick with both of them from 6 weeks on. I’m currently 8+1 with my third. I got to see baby’s heart beat at 7+1. 
I’ve had such mild nausea and fatigue this time around. I’m so worried after my loss of my son that something is wrong with this baby. 
Can anyone relate?

I’ve had 3 babies (currently pregnant with my fourth) so far 3 boys & every pregnancy has been significantly different. My worst symptoms were with my first.

They’re all different don’t worry. I’m pregnant with my 4th and I’m so sick. I was not sick at all with 1 and 2. Slightly sick with 3

My first two a boy and girl my only symptom the whole way through was sore boobs I never threw up my 3rd a girl I was sick until I delivered my 4th a girl no symptoms at all my whole pregnancy
