Implantation or infection?

Ive never had this before until tonight it’s like a yellowish egg white discharge I just started having pulling/cramping on my right side and then this. Should I be worried? Maybe early pregnancy? I’m not sure. Please help!

I am not positive but I don’t believe implantation looks like this. Both implantations for me were very light spotting , not discharge. Aside from the pain/discomfort and the discharge, do you have any other symptoms (itching, burning , odor/ other discomfort) ?
