I'm not being unreasonable here, am I?

I've been exhausted, we just had a short holiday but I seriously had no rest. My partner has been off work for over a month and is still not back in the office.

The kids are back in school as well so he's been at home alone all day 8am to 3pm

Monday I called him during the day to ask something and he's napping, I apologize.

I come home obviously nothing is done in household. The house is messy and no laundry is done.

My bike broke down that is my only means of transportation, I'm on a temporary learners permit so I can't drive the car with kids. I have my exam in march.

Tuesday I had to carry our kid to school in the morning while he was driving his kid to school. He agreed to pick our kid up by car. Again nothing was done in the household. Still cluttered from the holiday, still no laundry done. I did this in the evening.

His kids go to their mom on Tuesday evening so I assumed he'd help me with our kid from today on. Before I could ask though, he announced that he'd be sleeping in.

I tried to ask him but he stood his ground and was sleeping in.

our kid (who is 3) was a complete asshole this morning, fought me on literally everything. Clothes, food, drinks, he almost spilled a full cup of chocolate milk over my work laptop, trying to go upstairs to wake up dad, ... and then I still had to carry him to school

I just don't think I was unreasonable at all for asking that he helps with our kid in the morning especially with transport since my bike broke.
