How much did you gain in the 3rd trimester?

I lost 50lbs last year before getting pregnant with our 2nd baby girl. I was 10lbs away from my goal weight when i found out i was pregnant and have been lucky enough to only have gained 6lbs at 30 weeks. I have 9 weeks until my c section and just want to mentally prepare for the scale to climb back up lol. Ive heard you gain the most in the 3rd trimester but i dont remember with my 1st pregnancy as it was 5 years ago

I had gained more than 25 pounds by 30 weeks. I gained 40 pounds throughout my pregnancy. By 6 weeks pp I lost all but 8 pounds. Don’t worry about how much you gain, you just want your baby to be healthy.

With my son I gained a total of 23lbs and delivered him at 37 weeks at 7lb 1oz. I’m currently 35 weeks with my daughter and have gained a total of 5lbs and she’s measuring to weigh about 4lbs currently.

Currently 29+2 weeks and I’m only 1lb above pre-pregnancy weight. As much as I don’t want to, I’m sure I’ll gain another 5-10lbs by the end🥲

I gained 100lbs in my first pregnancy last year, not sure how much per trimester though. 😅

I wouldn’t worry about it based on your weight gain so far, and I bet it will come off pretty easily because it’s not a lot. I think I gained like 5-10 pounds in the third trimester? My first pregnancy I was more concerned with weight, I gained 38lbs. Second one I only gained 24lbs. You look great!

What have you done to only gain 6 pounds ? You’ll likely only gain 10 more if you continue to do what you’re doing
