Hi this bruising appeared out of nowhere

At first looked like a normal bruise but now has this redness to it as if it’s bleeding under the skin if that makes sense !

The brusing appeared out of nowhere

It’s on the side top of my legs nearing to my bottom.

Only other thing is I have constant phlegm in my throat which doesn’t go and also my wrist , arm , shoulders ect is hurting can’t really lift anything with my left hand or squeeze as there is a weird pain there

Not sure if related.
