Crazy cramps...
Ok im in need of some tips, ive had serious cramps for a few days now just like period cramps.(my period has not started when.it was supposed to wither this time) . Pain killers never works for me and ive tried to use heat to reduse pain with no luck. Does anyone have any other tips of what i can do?
