Ingrown toenail

I have a bad ingrown toenail that I have been treating at home the last two days it’s still pretty aggravated and hurting. I have an appt on Tuesday with ob I was going to mention it but was. wondering if I should be more concerned with it. Just worried for babies sake and don’t want to make a bad judgement call
