PLS HELP I have a pimple down there

I have a pimple or something that looks like one down there. I’m <18 and am a virgin so I know it’s not an std. I do shave down there so it may be an ingrown hair but I’ve never had one before so idk how to identify it. Even if it is a pimple I’m not sure what to do about it. Pls reply and help me. It worries me.
