I’m 18w4d today. I’ve been on progesterone since ovulation. I took the vaginal capsules up until week 6-7, then I switched to the oral ones. 200mg twice a day, then I tapered down to once a day for the last few weeks.

Yesterday I decided to stop taking them as I’ve been dragging it on due to fears of losing baby. Two of my doctors have said it’s safe to stop at week 13. Anyways today I went pee and wiped and there was a tiny amount of pink blood on the toilet paper. I wiped again and haven’t had anything since but it scared me to death so I took a pill of the progesterone.

Is spotting normal when coming off of this? I don’t wanna stop taking it but I know it can increase your risk of breast cancer with too much of the hormone.
