24 hour urine results. Induction?

My Dr and I have been waiting for my 24 hour protein results to come back. On Wednesday, I had 138/88 bp which is very unlike me. Mine is always 122/80. But my feet have been swelling like water balloons the past two weeks. She said if my results are under 300, then we will proceed with caution and if its above then i should expect to be induced. My results were a 520. Should I wait until the office is open or is baby in danger the longer I wait? Will i need to be induced ASAP or can i plan for later in the week? I am 37 + 2.
