Ok long post incoming

Period started on 12th December I had two LH peaks that month. One on 25th December and one on 30th December so I assumed I ovulated after the second one. (Don’t temp just go by lh tests)

Last 3 days I have had light brown spotting, this morning had one spot of red. Cramps last night and today. Spotting seems to be lessening. It’s literally only ever been a smear or two.

All tests are negative but my breasts are so sore!

If I didn’t ovulate would you still have sore breasts? anyone gone through similar🤨

App says I’m 1 day late for period.
