So i went to the doctor in December and got tested, it came back positive for bv and yeast. My doctor gave me a prescription of antibiotics to treat the bv but didnt say anything about the yeast. I didnt think anything of it because my symptoms were bv related. After the round of antibiotics i noticed a yeast infection starting then got my period and after that its just gotten much worse! Super itchy, (sometimes watery, sometimes not) white/yellowish clumpy discharge. I thought it might go away on its own but its just getting worse. Should i go back to the doctor to get tested again or try treating it with a 3 day over the counter yeast infection treatment first? Anyone else delt with this before??
