Breaking out and don’t know why

The only time I broke out like this was when younger and found I was, allergic to oranges and I ate one and broke out in hives, And also had eczema I’m 25 weeks and for the last two days my face has been like this and I don’t know why it’s very itchy around my ear area my left side is not as bad as my right side, it’s itch to the point where I put any cream on it it burns because I’m itching it so much any remedy anyone has that will maybe help😮‍💨
