I just need a little help with lactation after miscarriage

I gave birth to my daughter a few days ago at 21 weeks and now my breasts are leaking and I don’t know what to do to ease the pain I have two living children but I don’t know what to do to, she’s not here to drink it and I’m just in pain. Please any suggestion is appreciated.
