Baby 6.5 months old will be 7 months on the 25th. She wakes up at 10 am, naps 12pm - 1:30pm, second nap 3:30-4:30 and then she’s up till 10pm or maybe a 30 min cat nap between and she sleeps through the whole night. 10pm-10am. I’m not complaining because she does sleep through the whole night but in the daytime is she sleeping enough? Sleeps 10pm - 10am she does wake up to breastfeed 2x/diaper change and immediately falls back to sleep. Is she getting enough sleep or rest in the daytime?
