I just got a new manager position at work and it’s been stressful. Then this week the person I was working with went on vacation for a week and I’ve never been alone longer than 2 days AND a couple people were training, which I have never encountered before. On top of that, a worker who I felt was a close friend before I moved up provoked fights a couple days in a row.

Last week, my boyfriend out of nowhere got paranoid that I was pregnant because he “couldn’t remember when my last one was”, but I told him it wasn’t even a month yet, and kept pressuring me to take a test. Which I get but not to the point of being an ass to me for every day that I didn’t test when he wanted. Instead of just COMMUNICATING (like he always gets mad at me for) he would get superrr distant (basically had to beg for basic attention and would make excuses when I asked why) until he would get mad and would randomly bring it up, start cussing, and make me feel bad for not being able to automatically know he was mad about it still (even tho he would lie about what was wrong???)

Anyways, he blew up on me while I was at work. I didn’t even open it because I was busy. That day my “friend” was argumentative all day for the second time. I texted my boyfriend and said “I know you’re upset about stuff and I’ll talk to you about it (because I tested negative but wanted to see if he wanted to switch birth controls or something 🤷🏼‍♀️) but I’m really upset and just want your support”. He let me talk about it but then followed up with the same cycle again of distance and then being a dick. I told him that I was testing negative and that I did hint to it. He said I should have told him immediately and hinted that he felt like I was lying about testing. Then said I didn’t mention it because “if I did”, he wouldn’t have let me talk about being upset until I told him what he wanted and then basically told me to “get over it” (in reference to my friend) and how my friend “clearly” was just using me anyways. Also note; my boyfriend was jealous of this friendship the whole time anyways
