7 weeks pregnant and still spotting!

I’m 7 weeks and have been spotting very light pink and brown for the last 3 weeks! Everything with baby is fine, but it’s worrisome.. I’m trying to figure out what it could be. I am a housekeeper as my job, so I stay active, and what I use the bathroom to poop.. I am sometimes constipated or not, and I spot.. but it’s usually a brownish orange color.. I read that it can be normal since my cervix and everything is already sensitive! But who else is going thru the same ?
