LH still high after a day! Help!

Hi all,

I just had a question if anyone can help me.

I’ve had PCOS for 3 years now and my hubby and I are TTC. This is the first peak/positive on my LH strips I’ve gotten. And a smiley face on my digital clear blue test.

How come I tested yesterday and today I’m still high? I thought it goes away almost immediately after your peak?

Also, when should we be having sex?!

The digital smiley is from yesterday evening around 5pm I believe. And I have a smiley on my digital today at 12pm. The next day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated🩷🥰
