BV after taking antibiotics

I went to urgent care last week because I felt like I had a yeast infection, well I did, as well as a UTI. I took a weeks worth of antibiotics and now I feel like I have BV. My discharge is really watery. Is this possible after taking antibiotics? Also what helps reduce the chances of reoccurring BV?! I’m desperate at this point. Thanks in advance for any advice/input.
