Implantation bleeding or period

My period isn’t due for another 5 days and the last few days I’ve had light cramping, some nausea, bloating and upper stomach pain. Lower back and hip pain. I started bleeding this morning with no warning ( I can usually tell I’m due on the day or two before) I had darker and heavier implantation bleeding in my last pregnancy with I mistook for a period. Cramping since this bleeding has started has been bad and mostly on one side but also in the middle and feeling even more sick. Could this be implantation bleeding or is it just my period being early
