So sick of this

I’ve always been considered “overweight”, but since having my kids it’s got harder and harder to control things… I don’t even recognize my body anymore.

On top of that, I probably have IBS like the rest of my family and the bloating every night is ridiculous. Already don’t have dairy or eggs because they’re really painful for me, now about to cut out gluten for a week and see how that goes (all 3 are common triggers for most of the other family members that have the same issues). I am also going to try a lower fat and lower salt diet to see if that helps with water retention and overall health.

I just am so tired of this lol hopefully maybe some weight loss will come with the diet changes but who knows.

Anyone who’s gone through something similar have any tips? My doctor previously said there’s nothing “wrong” with me, hormonally and organ working wise, but I just don’t know where to go next really.
