Anyone used wild yam cream?

Looking for alternative methods to healing hormonal issues. I’ve tried everything my drs have suggested and honestly only made things worse (years of experimenting). Just looking to see if others had experience with it?

Hi hun, are you saying youve tried it and it didn't work for you? I've heard that starting out you may feel worse but after 2 months of use it makes a BIG difference.I was diagnosed about 2 years ago with PMDD (pre menstral disphoric disorpher and also started to suffer from PNES (pychogenic non epileptic seizures) exactly a few days before my.period starts and.the week around ovulation. Life has been a living hell and nighmare eaxh month, my weight is out of control, suicidal, extreme sadness irritable depressed etc also excruciating migraines which i have to medicate with medicinal canibis to bear the pain.  Ive tried everything for 2 years western and eastern meds. I found out about annas wild yam cream recently and started taking it roughly maybe 6 weeks ago and touch wood this month i havent had a seizure around ovulation which is the first in years. Im.hoping to not jinx myself but im hoping to god that the cream has helped balance my hormones. Happy to keep you posted on the result's.
