Mucus plug at 32 weeks ?

This morning I had part of my mucus plug come out and I’m 32w3d. It was very thick and it was dark brown, followed by spotting. I’m not having regular contractions, but I am having some Braxton hicks every once in a while. Please tell me this is okay and that it will regenerate???

I have my weekly NST appointment tomorrow in L&D at the hospital, and a growth scan on Wednesday, followed by another NST on Friday, and 3 more appointments the following week so I’m being monitored carefully, but not sure if I need to call my OB today or not. I’m not ready for this baby!
