Can anybody relate please I'm freaking out 😭

I'm currently 19 weeks and 4 days and I'm barely feeling movement, I haven't been told if my placenta is front or back facing from my baby. This is my second pregnancy as my first ended between 10-12 weeks unfortunately, however I'm constantly finding my baby's heartbeat in my pelvic bone area. I'm getting really concerned but really don't want to feel like I'm wasting the nhs's time, as this is my first pregnancy getting to almost half way I'm still learning new things about being pregnant, but I'm tired of Google giving me hopeless answer and going around in circles. Can anybody or is any of you ladies having this because I don't know what to do.
