VBAC ?

Question

Hi girls is anyone had vbac successful stories?

My first baby was born emergency csection. Although I was in natural labor for 26 hours. They said that the baby is big (9 pounds) and his umbilical was twisted around his head twice.

This time I really want to try vbac and I have appoit at my 32 week of pregnancy with doc to talk about it. Now I'm almost 22 weeks and trying to research everything that's up there.

I haven't but my sister did! If u really want to just keep pushing for it! Her dr told her no that she's tiny so she wouldn't be able to push the baby out herself. She refused n there were no problems with her labor n she did it!! O it was her 2nd pregnancy n she was in labor for about 10 hrs n her recovery was nice n smooth!

Not yet. Hoping for one this time also. I'm 33 weeks. My midwife has had several clients with a successful vbac lately, but no one that I know personally. I know it can be done! I just hope I can do it...

I did it. Birth is tough no matter how you do it. I'm glad for the experience but also know that over time childbirth will fade into the past and you will be raising your beautiful babies! No matter how they come into the world 😀
My VBAC was tough, pushed for 2.5 hrs. In the end the recovery was easier but my baby had complications and I wasn't able to hold him until the next day. So not ideal but it was still a VBAC.

Ive had 3 successful after a emergency c section. Its usually the hospital and dr. I was at a small hospital and they told me know so i drove 3 hours to a bigger hospital so that i may have a VBAC and i did. No questions or concerns after that one. Plan on having another one within in the next few days! :)

My mom had one. She was pleased with it. She delivered my brother two years after I was born, at 42 weeks and 9 and a bit pounds. She even got to catch him herself. Both of them did fine.
