Random Question

I’m sure I’m going to sound like I know nothing about my body or hormones so I apologize in advance. I’ve been on norethindrone (progestin only) birth control for 2 years and have had extremely regular periods on it, and even before being on it honestly. I stopped taking it 12/31/23 and started testing for ovulation. I’ve had multiple LH surges but no positives. I’m now on cycle day 35 and haven’t had a period or positive ovulation test. I took a pregnancy test just because on 1/18 and it was negative so I know I’m not pregnant but does anyone have experience with this birth control or know what might be going on? My annual appointment with my dr is in May so I was going to TTC until then and if nothing happens talk to her but now I’m scared since I’m not getting a period.
