Pregnancy/chemical ??

Hey yall. I’m going through it emotionally rn. On 22 I tested positive with a faint line and went to the doctor to confirm. I was told they did see little HCG and my levels were at 2.2. The 23rd the doctor called back and said to come in a test again just to be sure… I did a blood test today and my levels are still at 2.2. The nurse couldn’t confirm if it was chemically pregnancy but just told me I’m negative for pregnancy. Do you think there’s a chance of my HCG levels increasing? Has this ever happened to anyone where they had low levels and then out of no where HCG increased.
