Pregnancy and gynaecological issues poss cancer

This is very niche but wondering if anyone medical might know.. I've got an appointment tomorrow to check for possible gynaecological cancer, adenomyosis, endometriosis a tethered ovary and an large ovarian cyst. It's not going well in my uterus! It's an urgent referall and I imagine they need to do lots of invasive tests but I've just today tested after a late period and I'm pregnant. Obviously I will tell them immediately tomorrow but does anyone know which tests can or can't be done. I feel like I can't get excited in case they find the worst and the pregnancy isn't viable.
