Missed miscarriage
Had my first ultrasound yesterday. I am 10 weeks and 4 days. The baby measured 7 weeks and 3 days with no heartbeat. I am devastated. This is my first pregnancy. I will be having a D&C tomorrow and I just don’t know how to handle all of this.
