To keep trying or give up ?

Okay so I have been talking to and hooking up with a guy and we decided early on that we were just going to hook up and nothing more. Then of course silly me went and got feelings for this guy and I told him yesterday. Below is how everything went down. I know he is getting with other girls and I was with other guys but I dropped them once I realized how I felt. I just don't know if I should continue to hang out with him or stop. I don't want to lose him but I also don't want to get used and be just another hook up for him anymore. I just need some different point of views
