So I took this test but was in a rush so I left there & when I came back this is what I saw. My period isn't supposed to come until the 16th

Tests can 'expire' after a few minutes so it is probably an evap line. Test again.

Ah I just read your other post, perhaps this is an evap line.
I left one of mine before and went back and it looked like this.
They usually expire after 10 mins. Basically your urine has dried up and this line is to tell you you left it too long. Annoying I know!

It would be too early for you to get a + on any HPT since AF isn't due until the 16th for you; unless you have ovulated earlier than what was expected. You should definitely test again around the time AF is due. God Bless (:

I mean that's what all of my negative tests have looked like. However, if you leave it for long enough, they expire. They can turn to a false positive. The fact that it still hasn't turned means you're more than likely not pregnant, but you kind of screwed the pooch on this one and didn't go about taking it properly. You need to buy another. There's no thing as not having time, it takes like two minutes.
