Pregnant with irregular periods!

Hey ladies!! So on 1/25/24 I decided to take another test after one already being negative a week prior. To my surprise the test was very much positive! I took 6 more, first response, digital, and the $1ones; all came up very positive! Heres the kicker, I have no idea when I conceived. I haven't had a period since October. I had the nexaplon removed in June and October was my first period since removal. Im assuming im between weeks 4-6, but not sure. Could really use some insight! With my first pregnancy I didn't find out about her until 8-10 weeks, I had no symptoms. With this one I am extremely nauseous without vomiting and had slight cramping for 3 days that felt like period cramps. I won't be going to the doctor until insurance comes through. But I would like to be able to tell them when I conceived, when they ask. Below I attached the tests from the 25th until now. The last test is from this morning.
