Bleeding @ five weeks preg.

Did any one experience about a pad of blood not soaked but definitely red blood around this week with a miscarriage? The last miscarriage I had was very horrible I think I hemorrhaged because I had a trail of blood where I walked and couldn’t keep up with cleaning myself at the hospital I literally told the nurses I give up trying to keep cleaning the blood. So I really don’t know if I miscarried or miscarrying right now. It was since this morning to about 30 mins ago. I didn’t really see no tissue. But it was red blood. I did have cramps and lower back pain. Just asking to see if anyone had similar experience from a miscarriage.
