Implantation or just regular period flow

So yesterday at 13 dpo that afternoon I went to go wipe and I saw some light bleeding 🩸 so I put a pad in my underwear and when I went to go change it there’s was a small dot on my pad I’m having some cramping in my one sided pelvic pain and my lower back what makes me think is my period is the color of the blood I know implantation bleeding is either pink or brown the color of the blood is light red with a little brown mixed in my period is due today and I’m still having the light spotting I have a 28 day cycle
