Trying for a baby before you are ready because you want kids?

What are your thoughts on this? Is this ok to do? Because I heard your egg quality decreases by 35. So if it better to start trying before the age 35 before you are financially ready? No one is truly ready for a baby. It’s all about love.

No, I wouldn’t suggest trying for a baby until you are ready. If you get pregnant right away then there will be added pressure since you weren’t ready in the first place. Many women have healthy babies after 35. It’s not fair to purposefully bring a child into the world when you aren’t ready. Do everything you can to prepare now. Love is super important but stability is also extremely important.

Love is not enough, love doesn’t pay for diapers, or wake up with the baby in the middle of the night. You AND your partner need to be completely on board with having a baby. It’s unwise to have a baby before you’re actually ready.

I don’t feel that’s a good enough reason to have kids before you are ready. maybe look into freezing eggs, but you shouldn’t rush into something as serious as having a child just because. plenty of people have healthy kids after 35, if it were a serious concern, it would be strongly advised against. But it’s not. There is nothing wrong with waiting until you are financially ready.

My mom had no choice but to get pregnant intentionally at 19 because her endometriosis was so severe it would have ended up killing her. So they told her “have surgery now to clear your tubes and try to get pregnant because this is your only chance.” And she got pregnant with me and had my brother 18 mos later and by the time she had her hysterectomy, her uterus was so filled with endometriosis that it was the size of a 7 month pregnant uterus. It was really, really bad and she had no choice ready or not but she told me she wished to god she could have waited, because she was a kid and it was extremely hard. 
Not to mention my father was shit. So she had to do it alone. I definitely think love is not the only thing a kid needs. They need stability, and a parent who is ready for that responsibility. And preferably, two active parents.
