Is the scale accurate?

So on Jan 19 i went to the doctors and got placed on an intermittent fasting and a certain diet to loose some weight. I’ve been following the directions and been eating a lot more healthier and a lot less than before. It’s been about 2 weeks and i weighed myself on a scale at the gym and it says i lost 10 pounds. Is that accurate?

I feel less hungry and more energetic but i don’t notice any weight loss when looking in the mirror.
