This is a sirona menstrual cup size S and cost me 259 Indian rupee  I bought it but I know how to use but I am only 13

I recommend watching some YouTube videos on how to insert and remove it. Once you get the hang of it they’re great but there is some getting used to. It is a bit awkward to insert until you get the hang of it as well.

My favourite method was fold it over with two fingers and guide it until it’s by the cervix, then it opens like a flower up around there. I turn it a bit to nestle it comfortable. The entrance of the vaginal canal is a bit tight but when you are higher up, the space opens more and is easier to expand with less discomfort. It’s all just getting used to a new medium, but it’s much better for you than processed tampons and pads. If you still feel you can’t be comfortable with it, that’s okay! Sometimes they just don’t feel comfortable to women at all. You’re young, so as you grow and get used to using products there, you’ll adjust to whatever you decide to use! It’s nice to experiment to find what works best.

I loved the diva cup when I used it, great for heavier periods. I found the best way was trial and error. Personally didn’t lift a leg, just sat on the toilet as normal. You definitely don’t need to put the cup as high as you think you do. It is a little interesting to get out and you probably will spill blood on your hand the first few times. Make sure you boil it before. I folded it and twisted it to insert. Hope this helps!

You can but it could be a bit uncomfortable for a while until you get used to it. Does it come with instructions? That will help guide you but they’re basically a lot of trial and error until you figure out a method that works for you.
