My Boyfriend’s Dog

My boyfriend’s dog attacked me. He still chooses to keep the dog. Even though this happened almost 2 years ago and the dog hasn't done it since, I no longer trust or feel fond of him, and I feel resentful toward him. This causes fights with my boyfriend because I told him that I can't bond with him and refuse to try. My 3 cats won't bond with him either, which makes it harder for me to accept him. We have been together for 11 years and we live together. What should I do?
