Pregnant or not?

So my period was late by 7 days, usually when I start my period my first day is the worst, along with cramps, and the heaviest flow. It lasts around 4 days and is almost always consistent.

This month I started on the 2nd, hardly any cramping, and my flow has been SUPER light. I've basically been spotting for the past 5 days. The color will sometimes be a super light pink to a bright red at times. My breasts have been sore and tender to the touch. I've never had a period like this before so Im just wondering if this is normal or possibly pregnant? Also, when would be a good time to take a pregnancy test? (Not on bc)
