Would you feel comfortable going over your boyfriend's house if this was his roommate?

I've been dating my boyfriend for a few months and he has a roommate. His roommate is gay and my boyfriend said he does bring guys home sometimes. I just started spending the night there and over the weekend I realized his roommate is a CRAZY PERSON. He is PSYCHOTIC! He came home with a guy. He was drunk. Me and my boyfriend go to the his room and the walls are thin so we can hear him and the guy arguing about how he doesn't feel good and he doesn't want to hook up and his roommate is trying to hook up so we just turn up the TV. I guess the guy went to the bath to throw up and we hear his roommate banging on the bathroom door yelling at this guy and calling him names and saying if he doesn't come out of the bathroom he's gonna fucking kill him. My boyfriend goes to calm his roommate down and his roommate hits my boyfriend in the face! I'm about to call the cops and my boyfriend said not to and he's gonna call him down. My boyfriend was having to restrain his roommate so they guy could get out the house and he was crying and just took off running. It was scary and ridiculous. My boyfriend has been trying to get me to come back over but I said no. His roommate is crazy. He said he deals with him all the time and he wouldn't harm me. Would you feel comfortable in a house with that guy?
