Nexplanon and pregnancy

I’ve had my BC since June of 2022 and I took it out Jan 24 of 2024. I was spotting for a few days no period yet. I Have taken a few tests since I ovulated the 26th but sadly the tests came back negative. My periods have always been irregular since I can remember. But we are trying for baby #3 Any advice or tips to give me to help track and conceive please 🤍
