Not sure if pregnant

So my last period was the 9th - 11th Jan, 11 days ago I was nauseous and was sick in the morning only once and nothing since. Over the last few days I've noticed my lower abdomen is slightly hard and bloated? and when I tense my belly I get the seperation of my abdomen (which I googled and it says this can happen in pregnancy) and what feels like a bump? (I am plus size with what I would say is an apron belly) I've had backache, slightly sore and big boobs, feeling tired, slight cramping but today 3 x negative tests?? Could I be early? Could my body be playing tricks on me? I called the Doctors and they said to test in a weeks time...... I have no clue what is going on!!! Anyone else experienced this?
