Cramping outside my period

Good morning ladies! I have a bit of an issue and id like to get your opinion on it. I woke up this morning with bad what felt like period cramps, for some context, i had my period jan 24-30. I went onto the toilet and after i had gone pee, i broke out into a cold sweat and felt highly nauseous. Im wondering if i just have a stomach bug or if anyone has experienced this before and can tell me what might be happening. I am sexually active, but i have a paragard iud since 2019, so i dont think its pregnancy.
