Protein in urine

I will be 33 weeks tomorrow and had a doctors appointment today, the urine dip test showed me +1 for protein and now I’m freaking out. I already have elevated BP at my appointments (140/80) but at home my BP is always normal. I had to get more labs done as soon as I left and now I’m just waiting on those. Could this be because I didn’t have much water today or last night? I have terrible health anxiety and I’m so worried about my own health as well as the babies. This is my third pregnancy and this has never happened to me before.
