Will he say something about my hyperpigmentation?

I have hyperpigmentation in my bikini area and even right around my 🐱. I’m super white, but down there is like 7 shades darker than the rest of my body. I’ve never been insecure about it until now. My boyfriend is in love with me and he loves everything about me exactly the way I am. It’s just that sometimes he’ll notice like a pimple on my butt or something and he’ll be like “What’s that?” not even in a gross way but it’s clear what it is, I’m not sure why he points it out.

So since he’s done that a few times, I’ve slowly become insecure. We’ve never had sex, but we’ve done other things and I think he got a quick glimpse but I’m not sure. If he did, he hasn’t said anything. Do guys care? It’s not something I can just get rid of, it’s a hormonal issue that’ll take time. He says he never really gave anyone head except some people because it just depends who they are and that made me more nervous idk why. I’m just really stressing out about this whole thing.
