like I can't just be sitting on the couch and then all of a sudden get a tingle in between my legs. It has to be something that gets me going. Is this normal?

Totally normal! I'll let my husband know though. Sometimes things like just seeing him in his undershirt and jeans right after his morning shower makes me crazy. Then he knows that and sets me up to get in the mood! Or he will scratch my back and eventually be scratching/rubbing my butt and before you know it we are on the good foot doin the bad thing ?
